Omnisys has some neat tricks up its sleeve – stuff you won’t see anywhere else. We use our own software, so when we think of something cool, we add it. It’s about making your life easier with smart, user-driven updates.

Features

Add Files

You can add files to each meeting room. These might include instructions on how to connect to the internet, rules, fire regulations, and other useful information. Files are also accessible to external participants who are sent a link with directions.

Monetize

If you prefer, you can specify that booking a meeting room incurs a cost per hour. Our dashboard allows you to compile the basis for invoicing, enabling you to send an invoice to the user afterwards. You can opt for certain users to be exempt from payment, or charge a fixed price per booking (regardless of duration).

Calendar Integrations

Each meeting room has its unique URL, which can be added to your personal calendar application (e.g., Outlook, Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, etc.). This allows you to view the availability of the specific meeting room at a glance, showing when it is occupied or free. Every booking made can be downloaded as a file and added to your personal calendar application.

Add Displays

Outside each meeting room, you have the flexibility to use any tablet of your choice to display the room's status (whether it's "vacant" or "occupied"). Additionally, users can log in and book meetings directly through the tablet's interface.

Provide Catering

You have the ability to include an unlimited number of catering providers for users to order from. Enhance your listings by adding menus, web links, logos, and descriptions. Orders are placed directly with the catering company via email, streamlining the process for users.

Restricting Access

For each meeting room, you can restrict booking privileges to specific groups of users. This feature enhances the software's flexibility, allowing companies to include their private meeting rooms in the booking system while maintaining exclusive access.

Helping People Find Their Way

Each meeting room has a unique link that you can send via message to attendees visiting in person. This link provides information about the building and the meeting room, available files, and more. Participants can click on a link to open navigation in Google Maps, making it easy to find their way.

Buffer Time for Bookings

You can set up an automatic "buffer" between bookings for each room. This buffer allows time for cleaning the room between bookings or for taking precautions for infection control, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.

Importing Users

You can import a list of participants using a standard .CSV file. This feature simplifies the addition of a large number of users. The system can also send out login information with usernames and passwords to all the new users, making onboarding a breeze.
